This way of filtering is the same as the cloth bag in theory. The difference is that the fiber texture of the paper is denser than the cloth bag, which in the other way round is also easier to be blocked. In order to compensate for this, the paper bags are usually in a large size which enlarges the cubic area and increases the pore number at the same time. This could keep dust from obstruction so as to extend its life cycle. The paper bag is expendable so that you donĄŻt need to flap or clean it. However, it also has disadvantage that you have to buy new bags from time to time. Keeping the suction at 80%, the cost of the paper bags could buy you a new mainframe. The way of cleaning the mainframe is very easy; the only thing you have to do is change the old bag for a new one.
3. Disc-type Paper Tray Filter:
The filtering way of the disc-type is much the same as that of cloth bag-type. The difference is that the usual disc-type paper tray has denser fiber texture than the cloth bag, which makes the pore easier to be blocked. The disc-type paper tray is dispensable as the paper bag, and you donĄŻt need to clean it. 4. Filter with Cyclone plus Reverse Bag or Sponge:
The dusk flows with the air through the hose and then enters into the rounding swirl of the dusk collection barrel whose centrifugal effort will bring large grain to the bottom of the barrel where there is air flap like plastic cone. The dusks and other filths will be poured out through the reverse bag or sponge. This kind of filtering is better than the three ways mentioned above. This is because only the dusk can reach the reverse bag or sponge, which lengthens the time that the reverse bag or sponge is blocked. It is very important that the filtering cartridge needs to be cleaned after a period of time, every two or three months. The process of cleaning is very simple. You only need to clean the bottom of the dust collection barrel. First, clean the filter medium, and then pull the dusk into the dustbin.
5. Filter with Cyclone plus no Filtering Cartridge:
This filtering way is just like the way mentioned above. The dusk flows with the air through the hose and then enters into the rounding swirl of the dusk collection barrel whose centrifugal effort will bring large grain to the inner side of the barrel where there is cone valve. The dusks like hair, cotton and thread will go through the trap valve such as vegetable sponge mesh which has many big pores. The trap valve pore is of less resistance which enables a large amount of air go through without influencing the suction. The disadvantage is that the dusk will be pouring out again with the air. The cleaning process is very simple. You only need to move away the dusk collection barrel, and then clean the trap valve and the dusk collection barrel.
6. Filter with Cyclone Separation and Polypropylene Filtering Bag:
(The Kantyou is this kind of filtering way.)
The air with dust goes into the mainframe through the pipeline. The high-speed air goes with the circular vortex of the dust barrel. While the centrifugal force of the swirl separates the bulky grain to the bottom of the dust pail, the light dust will be filtered through the filter bag. This kind of two-stage filter is better than the other filtering ways. Because only when the bulky grain is separated, the micro dust can reach the filter system, and the filter bag wonĄŻt be choked and the mainframe can offer the strongest suction for the longest time. The polypropylene antibacterial fiber is one of the best filtering qualities (97.5% at 0.1micron), and the air will be very clean after filtering. The filter bag can be washed when dirty, and it can be used repeatedly.
Vent-pipe
The venting of the first four systems will go along with the pouring of dusk. Technically speaking, it is the best way to install the vent-pipe outdoor. The fifth system pours the most dust with the air, so it should be installed outdoor as well. However, the air vented by the sixth system is clean.
